"The SIXTH SENSE is that portion of the subconscious mind which has been referred to as the creative imagination. It has also been referred to as the "receiving set" through which ideas, plans and thoughts flash into the mind. The "flashes" are sometimes caled "hunches" or "inspirations". Through the aid of the SIXTH SENSE, you will be warned of impending dangers in time to avoid them, and notified of opportunities in time to embrace them. There comes to your aid, and to do your bidding, with the development of the SIXTH SENSE, a "guardian angel" who will open to you at all times the door to the Temple of Wisdom".

OUR MISSION
At IowaShortSale911.com our goal is to help homeowners close a chapter in their life's story which seems to be dominated by financial stress. We help them begin a new chapter, where there is a much brighter financial future ahead.
With concerted effort over what can be a prolonged period, we help clients (who typically seek us out, requesting our service) to bring about a complete financial transformation in their lives, if that is in fact what is necessary to prevent this situation from recurring.
So, the starting point for many is a referral to our company. The vast majority of our clients are indeed referrals, mostly from REALTORS in the Central Iowa area. We also reach out via the Internet because our nation is awash with homeowners in financial distress.
You've found our Internet home. If what we're describing pertains to you, or someone you know, read on. Help is just a quick phone call or email away. You can use our contact us page for quick action. If you're someone who could use a listening ear, or have a referral for us, why not take action today?
Avoiding Foreclosure -- It's not easy, it's not simple, it can be done.
Clients of IowaShortSale911.com come to us because they want us to help them avoid foreclosure, plain and simple. The legalease from their lender or the "plaintiff's attorney" is confusing, befuddling, intimidating and what was once a pleasure -- homeownership -- has started to become a nightmare. The process seems designed to sap the energy out of people. As they begin to cope with this challenging situation, they may find no one with whom they can discuss the problem - at least a company that doesn't charge a fee.
Many, feel overwhelmed, letting the lender foreclose. Don't let that happen to you, or your friends! You can fight back!
We help people wade through the quagmire of foreclosure legalease, then to take decisive action, immediately. We can often get a sheriff's sale postponed, but time is of the essence and we strongly recommend taking action right away!
Make no mistake, a foreclosure is inevitable for those who cannot catch up the payments. Yet, if you live in Iowa or any other a judicial foreclosure state, there are many things which can be done to slow down the process. You can feel more in control of our your own destiny. We can help our clients get back on the right course -- possibly to even save their home! -- but at a minimum, we want to help you avoid foreclosure.
If you are one of these folks, while your name is on the title you really are still in control. Unfortunately, the clock is not on the homeowner's side, from the moment more than one payment is due.
One place not to go is to a Loan Modification company, or any company for that matter, that wants to charge a homeowner hundreds of dollars up front, when they are already financially stressed! It's ludicrous!!! People who are supposedly going to help you will actually put you further in debt? Yes, and it's very sad. We meet people frequently who have been taken advantage of -- for 100's, and even 1,000's. States Attorneys General are cracking down on these sharks.
Who really is going to help, without obligation or cost?
From the moment they walked into the Mortgage Loan Originator's office, the cards are often stacked against the homeowner. Undisclosed yield spread premiums used to be common place. Acceleration clauses, due on sale clauses, ARM's tied to the LIBOR rate -- say what? Tied to the what?
Then the borrower signs a mountain of paperwork in half an hour, all designed to protect the lender, and walks out thinking you own a home. And they do, until they run into a financial hardship, then boom! They become the enemy and the problem is not going to go away.
It can keep a person up at night, lead to divorce, make the kids cry -- what a mess! And, to make matters worse, borrowers may not contact their lender to seek any help.
"According to some studies, as many as 50 percent of the people who fall behind on their mortgages never contact their lender, said Nick Demeester, a bankruptcy counseling and education supervisor with the consumer counseling agency Greenpath".
Don't let that situation describe you! Once a homeowner receives "Intention to File NOD" (Notice Of Default) letters, or worse, actually gets served, it's time to take massive, decisive action.
Most people are fighting a monster that is actually a large part of the American way of life -- living on the edge, betting on the come, looking good and smelling good, but being broke. The average American is three weeks away from bankruptcy, should they lose their job, and that problem is not going to go away soon!
IowaShortSale911.com was founded to help people fight back against a hardship which has caused them financial distress, such that they may lose their personal residence or their real estate investments, or become seriously distressed, even depressed, over a financial hardship.
Having Options is Power!
Simply allowing the lender to repossess the collateral, the home which secures a note, is not the best course of action. Homeowners have many options available to them and we help to make sure they are aware of those options. A foreclosure on a credit report is what we work to help our clients avoid. We negotiate with lenders to allow the homeowner to get their property sold!
Our percentage of success is high, yet there is a direct correlation between success and the degree of a true hardship.
Financial Distress is not Leprosy!
I don't know why our country treats financial distress like it's some kind of leprosy, like it's something horrific to be embarassed about. The vast majority of the client cases we take on are true financial hardships, brought on by circumstances beyond the control of the homeowner. A death in the family, loss of a primary or secondary wage earners income, divorce, forced relocation to maintain a job, plummeting property values that make the house impossible to sell and break even, etc., all of which bring on a financial tsunami.
Why do people ignore the situation until it's too late; until the sheriff's sale is concluded and they are forced to move quickly in a much less graceful transition. We don't know, but don't let that be you, or your friends!
When the situation is upon you, it's almost like a financial hurricane has entered your house, taken over your finances and it begins to wreak havoc on your life.
Unfortunately, the vast majority of REALTORS(tm), Attorneys, Financial Planners, Credit Counselors and Mortgage Loan Originators don't know what the homeowner can do about it! And the ones that do often want to charge hundreds of dollars without really providing the kind of financial advice that will get something done to allow you to fight back!
My personal story (coming soon) is the passion which led me into this industry. It's why our company strives day-in and day-out to help homeowners and investors avoid foreclosure on their property. We also are very familiar with the bankruptcy process, and can help homeowners accomplish a short sale, to avoid foreclosure, even in the midst of a Chapter 7 or Chapter 13 Bankruptcy.
This is the area of Real Estate in which we specialize. It is not for the faint-at-heart.
Incidentally, please forgive us for our website being under construction. We're so busy providing our services that this continues to be a work in progress -- ACL.
